That is, 86% of the variations of burger seller income can be explained by these four factors, while the rest is influenced by other factors that are not included in the estimated model.

Furthermore, the analysis shows that the four factors significantly affect the income of the burger seller. This is proven by the F-Ratio value of 61,215 which is significant at a 95% confidence level. That is, the influence of the four factors on the income of the burger seller is not happening by chance, but indeed has a strong and real relationship.
