However, projections for the next five years show a decrease in the ratio of the effectiveness of Regency/City PAD in North Sumatra Province by 131.48%.

The level of regency/city regional financial efficiency in North Sumatra Province in the 2017-2021 period is categorized as inefficient. The projection for the next five years shows a decrease in the regency/city regional financial efficiency in North Sumatra Province by 101.98%.
