This manual system brings many weaknesses, especially in planning and controlling existing demand. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the variables that affect service satisfaction in the company.

The relationship between distributor satisfaction (Y1 variable) and employee satisfaction (Y2 variable) is also quite close, with a correlation of 0.701, which shows that increased satisfaction in one variable can affect another.
