As a Campus Da'wah activist (ADK), one of the most significant challenges they face is navigating the complex emotions that arise when they want to express love. In the early adult phase, ADKs are tasked with developing a sense of love and encouragement to express it, but Islamic teachings forbid open love relations, which can lead to adultery. This creates an inner conflict that ADKs must resolve. This research aims to investigate the emotional regulatory strategy applied by ADKs in dealing with this conflict.

Emotional regulation is a crucial aspect of human development, particularly in the early adult phase. ADKs, as individuals who are actively involved in da'wah activities, are required to implement Islamic rules in their daily lives.
