Introduction

In today's digital age, social media has become an essential tool for governments to communicate with their citizens and promote various programs and initiatives. Results

The results of the study showed a strong relationship between the use of social media and community behavior in applying a healthy and fit lifestyle. The significance value of the relationship between variables was 0.0196, which indicates that the influence of social media on healthy and fit programs in the city of Medan is significant. Furthermore, the study found a high and strong correlation between social media variables and healthy and fit programs, with the Spearman coefficient (RS) of 0.867. This suggests that the higher the use of social media to access information and education about healthy and fit programs, the higher the possibility of the community to implement a healthy and fit lifestyle.
