While secondary data is collected through books, the internet, and journals related to research problems.

The implementation of gender mainstreaming policies in Batu Bara Regency has not been fully successful. In particular, the implementation of this policy is still implicit in the fields of employment, education, and health. With a deeper understanding of the implementation of this policy, it is hoped that stakeholders can work together to optimize the application of gender mainstreaming policies, so that the benefits can be felt by all levels of society, especially women, in living a more equal and fair life.
