Introduction

In terms of sleep quality, 48.2% of students had good sleep quality, while 51.8% experienced poor sleep quality. Further analysis using the Chi-Square test showed a significant relationship between physical activity and sleep quality with the value of P = 0.002, and weak correlation (r = -0.265).
