This study aims to analyze the impact of these three factors on the performance of nurses in Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital.

The results of the analysis show that work-family conflicts, work saturation, and non-physical work environment have a significant influence on the performance of nurses. On the other hand, the non-physical work environment shows a significant positive effect. Interestingly, the non-physical work environment has a greater influence compared to other variables. This shows that a conducive working atmosphere and good relationships between colleagues can improve the performance of nurses.
