Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed directly by the researcher. Before multiple regression analysis, data were analyzed to ensure quality and meet classic assumptions.

Results

The results showed that planning, implementation, guidance, supervision, and control jointly had a significant influence on BMD management in Sarolangun Regency. This shows that all these elements are important in achieving optimal BMD management. However, interestingly, partial analysis shows that coaching, supervision, and control do not have a significant influence on BMD management. This finding indicates that despite the important role of coaching, supervision, and control, the effectiveness is still limited.

Discussion

There are several factors that contribute to the limited effectiveness of coaching, supervision, and control in BMD management.
