Data was collected through in-depth interviews and reports taken from the hospital. Data analysis was carried out using a linear regression statistical test.

The results showed that 77.8% of nurses had moderate performance, 14.3% had good performance, and 7.9% had not good performance. From the data analysis, it was found that the work stress variable had a significant effect on the performance of nurses, with the value of P = 0.00001. This shows a strong relationship between the stress levels experienced by nurses and performance.
