The study was conducted with an analytic survey method with a cross-sectional design in January to December 2011. The research population included all 6 students in 68332 SD Negeri and Budi Murni Private Elementary School 2 in Medan Tuntung District. The research sample was chosen simply, with the mother of each child to become a respondent. The data obtained were analyzed using the Independent T and Anova One Way test.
