Islamic banks operate on the principles of Sharia, which prohibit the collection and payment of interest (riba) and emphasize fairness and transparency in financial transactions. The results of this study showed that the concept of Mudharabah Muqayyadah financing at Bank Muamalat Indonesia was guided by the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council No. 07/DSN/MUI/IV/2000. However, there were several cases that were not in accordance with the implementation of concepts, particularly in terms of profit sharing and guarantees. The study found that the bank's implementation of Mudharabah Muqayyadah financing was influenced by the conventional national banking system, which still dominates the banking industry in Indonesia.
