The recommendation from this study is that the management of Langsa Lama Puskesmas increases cooperation with her husband in educating and motivating mothers to carry out immunizations. Programs that involve the husband as an agent of change can be an effective strategy in increasing the scope of basic immunization. Thus, it is expected that community immunity can be maintained, and children in the region can grow healthy and avoid diseases that can be prevented through immunization.
