Introduction

Vegetative growth in Dendrobium sp. has been the focus of research conducted in the Glasshouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra, Medan, from August to December 2005. This study aims to reveal the effect of various types of B vitamins on the vegetative growth of the Dendrobium sp. This study uses a non-factorial random group design with three replications. However, there is no significant difference in plant height, number of leaves, and leaf area produced from various types of vitamin B.
