The Post Hoc Statistics Test Tukey HSD indicates a significant difference between the EEDCB group and the negative control of CMC Na 0.5% (p <0.05). However, there is no significant difference between the EEDCB group and the Glibenclamide group (P> 0.05), which shows that the EEDCB effect is close to the effectiveness of glybenclamide as antihyperglycemia.

Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the ethanol extract of duck leaf duck at a dose of 50 mg/kgBB, 100 mg/kgBB, and 200 mg/kgBB has a significant antihyperglycemia effect in reducing blood glucose levels in male white mice induced by sucrose.
