After going through a selection process based on certain criteria, as many as 19 companies were selected as research samples. The data analysis methods used include descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis.

Results

The results showed that overall, the Board of Commissioners was independent, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and voluntary disclosure had an influence on debt costs.
